Bay Area Summer Music Festival (Click for more information)

Spenner established this music festival in 2009 to serve his hometown community. It annually draws area high school and college students as well as professional musicians together in a week-long workshop.

Spenner served as the Artistic and Education Coordinator for the Lexington Philharmonic (KY). There, he oversaw all educational programs including:
